I paid for credits via Stripe, but they aren’t showing up - what should I do?

While rare, sometimes credits may take a moment to reflect in your Canva account. Try refreshing the app or website, and they should appear. Since your credits are tracked in our system, not Canva’s, they will update automatically. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@aplosphere.io.


Do you offer subscription plans?

No, all of our plans are one-time payments for credits. We currently don’t offer any subscriptions.


Will my payments automatically reflect on my account?

Yes, once you complete a payment, the credits are automatically added to your Canva account.


How can I request a refund?
